Eighty-Four Module Elder Care Family Center
There is a sound business case — and important public service value — for providers to prepare and educate families that are choosing or have obtained long term care for aging relatives. In cooperation with the National Institute on Aging, we have produced the Elder Care Family Center to help you with that outreach to elder care consumers. As with all of our learning tools, we’ve used the InterDoc™ format to capture actual families coping with issues related to long term care. These modules:
- Help to set reasonable expectations for long term care
- Enhance understanding of aging and of caregiving activities
- Increase family involvement with care
- Expedite the admissions process
- Reduce exposure to lawsuits
Our Elder Care Family Center modules address these important topics.
